Ranthambore Bagh Palace

We stayed at the Ranthambore Bagh Palace for 2 nights in a Suite with private outdoor splash pool. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and we had a welcome pack upon arrival. The Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, with particular thanks to Virendra, in Reception, for arranging a one way taxi transfer to the Hotel from Jaipur Airport and also, arranging a Sharing Canter safari. The facilities were good on site with good swimming pool area, lounge/bar and reasonably priced. The breakfast was good where the Chef made us Indian omelettes and eager for feedback on the buffet options and food at dinner. The staff were friendly, and attentive. During our stay, we had various massages daily - very good, good value and highly recommended. The Doctor ensured we received the right massage treatment - very knowledgeable. The Hotel and Spa was very good, met our expectations, and was good value for money and reasonably close to the main road to the Tiger Reserve.

Good overall stay, enjoyable with nice amenities.

The food was good and the staff were friendly. The hotel booked us a visit to the Forte which went well.

I tried to book the tiger safaris through the hotel before our arrival, but this proved impossible. The staff either did not respond or were unable to secure what we wanted. In the end, we arranged the safari ourselves once we arrived in town and were able to get exactly what we were looking for, which left me feeling let down by the hotel’s lack of support. I also booked an all-inclusive holiday, but on arrival we were informed that alcohol was not included in the package. Drinks were extremely expensive, and I felt the hotel had not delivered what was originally advertised or agreed at the time of booking.
