This was the first time our whole family had taken a five-day trip to Hanoi together, so it meant a lot to us. The staff were friendly and enthusiastic in helping us whenever we needed anything. We especially want to thank Lee for the thoughtful support during our stay. It made the trip much more enjoyable and allowed us to focus on spending quality time together as a family.
