The place was comfortable and sitting at the heart of london. 5 minutes walk to Liverpool street train station. Awesome service.

The check out time. I never knew the checkout tike was 11pm. I thought it was 12pm but the host was kind enough to waive the time. I recommend the checkout time should be 12pm.

This property is a gem! It is an exceptional value and immaculately clean. Although I forgot to text when I arrived at Paddington, I had only to wait 2 minutes for the host to meet me with the check in codes. This is a perfect solution for the budget traveller or a solo trip to London for a night or two!

I would have preferred to not have a four flight walk up, but the kind host helped with my case!

We came to London for a few days to explore the city and were looking for a simple and convenient place to stay. City Rooms was recommended to us, and it turned out to be a great choice. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our three-night stay, including a shower and toilet, a kitchen where we could heat up food, and tea and coffee. The location was probably the best part, really convenient for getting around London. Considering the location, comfort and prices in London in general, we felt it was very good value for money. We definitely didn't leave feeling like we had overpaid. Overall, a very comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Location was central and the apartment was good on the inside and very clean.

From the outside the house looked suspect - but apartment was OK inside.
