The location of the apartment is excellent, right by the lake, with a beautiful view of the sunset over the water. Unfortunately, I only stayed for one night. The staff members I met were also very friendly and helpful.

However, the check-in process was a little inconvenient. Check-in is actually handled at the reception of a hotel located about one kilometer away from the apartment. The staff there were very welcoming and the process itself was quick, but the distance made things less convenient. Since I arrived by car with luggage, I had to go back and forth twice between the hotel and the apartment. Free parking is provided, which is appreciated, but the garage is also located at the hotel rather than at the apartment. The underground garage is very narrow, so you need to drive extremely carefully. Access also requires a staff member to open the garage door for you. The apartment itself is in a very old villa that has been converted into accommodation. I stayed on the second floor, and the interior layout was somewhat complicated. It took me quite a while to find the correct apartment, as you need to follow the room numbers carefully. There are also dense bushes and vegetation around the building. During the summer, there were a lot of mosquitoes, and unfortunately I ended up with quite a few mosquito bites. The biggest surprise came when I was getting ready to sleep that evening and realized that there were actually no blankets or duvets provided in the apartment. I had to message the reception. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful and personally brought two blankets over to the apartment, which I really appreciated. However, although the staff handled the situation very kindly, I still do not understand why the bedding had not been fully prepared before check-in.

Property was a bit dated and not that comfortable , we were at front of building on the road , no view

Cleanliness should be improved, place is a bit makeshift and somewhat dated

The size and location of the apartment and access to the Alevic Hotel pool facilities. It is ideal for families with up to 2 children.

Having to collect the keys at the hotel and then find the apartment. The sofa / sofa bed was uncomfortable when sat on.
