Well-presented and clean, easy access instructions and friendly hosts. Great location - very close to tram stop and city centre is 10 minutes away, or a 20 minute walk. Very close to train station.
A little noisy due to the trams - but hosts provided ear plugs and I slept fine.

The reception staff was kind. Communication was smooth, and the check-in process was easy and well organised.
There were many broken or worn-out elements, and the room felt quite tired and not very pleasant to stay in. The soundproofing was extremely poor you can hear everything. There also seemed to be an issue with the entrance door, as people struggled to open or close it, causing very loud banging noises. Even with earplugs, it was impossible to sleep properly, as i was woken up multiple times during the night.
