Roberta and her gorgeous place were both beyond expectations. The property - like a fairytale - every detail carefully provided - the decor, garden settings and surrounds - straight out of a story book! Robertas style and taste is beautiful. The room -The room had every convenience, and her breakfasts ! All hand cooked (I have no idea how she has the time) and the scrambled eggs with ham and cheese were out of this world. The selection of cakes, meats, cheeses, breads, juices meant there was something for everyone - even my difficult, gluten free, lactose free husband Roberta herself - couldn’t ask for a more delightful host - friendly, interested in everything and anything we needed. Rely just like part of her family in minutes. Can’t wait to come back and stay longer. Thank you Roberta!!!

Absolutely nothing at all. Everything was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better place.

Property was unreal. Went for my honeymoon, my wife found the location on Booking.com. Owner, Roberta, is so kind. The farm villa is quiet and peaceful but is located in a great area for driving to various towns. We took a walk into Montepulciano from the hotel one night. It was a steep incline but the walk took about 30 minutes or so. The wine from the villa was also amazing. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for the quiet and authentic side of Italy. Will book again if we come back.

The host is warm and friendly, and is always responsive and happy to provide any information we’re interested in. We joined the cooking class and the picnic, both organized with exceptional care, excellent experiences from start to finish. And we absolutely loved the delicious homemade breakfast! A wonderful stay that we would recommend to anyone who wants to explore Montepulciano and enjoy a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere.
