The property was very beautiful in its own grounds. The rooms were really good and it was so quiet. We loved it
Not a lot really it was really good value for money and you were stopping in a hall

Lovely large rooms. Decor lovely. Clean.
The beds were inconsistent - some fine some really uncomfortable. The duvets and pillows were all awful - old cheap thin microfiber. The bedlinen needs replacing too.

The house was clean and the member of staff we met was helpful and polite.
There were two steps in the bathroom which should have had warning signs as they were not very clear to see. Could have been arrows pointing in the direction of rooms.

Location is great. Near enough to Wroxham n Hoveton for the Nirfolk Broads day boats hire, n RSPB Strumpshaw Fen. The microwave, mini fridge , kettle n toaster wete very useful but the basic room was so small, these items had to be piled on top of each other. The London Plane tree was magnificent.
Needed an extension gang to plug the toaster, microwave n kettle in to use instead had to juggle all in the tight space. Alex is the only staff encohntered. Wile he was useful in letting us into the hall, he didn't change the flickering bulb in the toilet when informed. He also didnt reply to my SMS abt checking out procedures.. The view from our Room showed a growing pile of fly-tip...shocking.
