Bathroom window needs net to have fresh air, we by mistake forgot the window opened a huge bird came in and there was a dirt all over the bathroom, luckily the door was closed.

Location was great, perfect location really and not too noisey which is a bonus in rome
The place was hard to get into and the front door is very very heavy if you are elderly or struggle with heavy items this will be an issue.
The bathroom needs attention and has serious sewer smells that need to be resolved, all they have done is stick in some smelly deodorisers but it doesn’t help
