Great apartment. Off the beaten path but an easy walk to everything. Grocery and wine store a very short walk away. The water bus stop is also close by allowing you access to the other islands or St. Peter’s Square. Very pleasant sitting on the deck. Like all Venice locations there are stairs. Well appointed apartment and the air conditioning worked well.

Pietro was so helpful and kind. We had 3 couples in our group. The place was perfect. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The rooftop terrace is beautiful. We couldn’t utilize it to the fullest due to the rain. The apartment is perfect, in a quiet and quaint neighborhood. We all said if we return to Venice we would stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful place to stay while enjoying beautiful Venice!

Once we had WhatsApp the communication and check in were easy. The neighborhood is delightful : locals live there ,restaurants are good and people are friendly. Be ready to walk !
Pietro’s apartment at the top of the house is clean bright and comfortable. The terrace is charming.
