Awesome home in Olden with house sea view
Maison de vacances ancienne, modernisée, avec grande terrasse, située dans une ferme au calme, dans une belle nature. Vue panoramique. Bonnes possibilités de randonnées en forêt et dans les montagnes. Possibilités de pêche dans le fjord et le lac. Bon point de départ pour des excursions en voiture, entre autres vers le glacier Brikdalsbreen, Geiranger, Vestkapp et les montagnes Stryn. Avec le téléphérique Loen Skylift, vous atteignez rapidement 1.011 m d'altitude, où vous entrez directement dans un restaurant aux parois de verre qui offre une vue fantastique sur les eaux, le fjord et les montagnes. Sinon, nous recommandons les randonnées sur les nombreux sentiers balisés de la région ainsi que l'escalade à Via Ferata. Voisin : 30m.

We had an amazing time staying here for 4 nights while traveling around Norway for a month-long honeymoon. The host met us and showed us where everything was located. The house is very beautiful, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We felt very at home here. The location was incredible and to wake up surrounded by beauty was really special. It was just a short drive to some of the most amazing hikes, views, and dining experiences of our lives. Communication with the host was really great and we appreciate everything so much. We would definitely stay again in the future.

This is a wonderful spot. The house is on a working farm, set apart from the gracious host's house and farm buildings. While we were here with our teenaged granddaughter in early June, the animals had been moved to higher pastures, and the owner was cutting hay. The house is comfortable, nicely furnished, and well-equipped. Especially nice is the sunroom off the kitchen looking out over the Nordfjord. A morning run on the road heading up above the farm is delightful. Good hiking all around from Olden and Loen valleys to the hills overlooking the fjord, and up to the glaciers. Olden has several restaurants, two grocery stores, and a good outdoor gear shop. Cruise ships call several times a week at a dock is on the east side of the bay, somewhat apart from the village. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and would gladly return.

My husband, daughter, and I stayed for 3 nights. The house is quaint with a spectacular view. The kitchen is well provisioned with most every utensil and pot making cooking easy on the road. The owners were very welcoming and showed us around the place at check in, and were easily reachable for questions/assistance. The location is ideal to take in hikes in Loen, Lake Lovatnet and Stryn in addition to Olden. Great access to the glacier. We loved our stay.
