We had the balcony which was amazing. The room we had was very small, our son and his wife had a larger room which was lovely. Staff were helpful. Location was excellent. Overall enjoyed our stay.
Breakfast was ok, reasonable. Rooms were a bit musty smelling. Location .The location ...Noisy mornings. Friday night Was noisy. Ferry's coming and going in front of the building.

The staff are amazing friendly cheerful kind and helpful 🤩
Views from the room is magical 🤩 very nice location near all restaurants
Only that it’s exactly at the ferry stop it’s not a bad thing but it gets a little too busy noisy and crowded sometimes otherwise EVERYTHING IS PERFECT 🤩

The balcony
Poor breakfast. Bacon sitting in it’s own grease. Scramble eggs grey. And worst of all coffee from self serve automatic machine, the likes you find in motorway service stations. This Italy for heavens sake.
