Right in front of a shopping mall and walking distance to the castle and waterfront lake - love the walkable location.
The staff were nice and friendly.
Car parking is on campus which was very helpful (€8).
The premium room was veeeerry spacious. The beds are comfortable with good black out curtains. Bathroom with tub.
The bathroom is not super clean.
The baby bed was placed in the room but not assembled yet- doing it late at night with baby sleeping was suboptimal.
The lights in the room are all bright, there was not a small one to use at night without annoying others.
No kettle in the room nor minibar - some snacks are available in the reception for guests to buy.

Great location. Quiet hotel (apart from some hotel guests making a lot of noise in the hallway in the middle of the night). Spacious room and bathroom. Private parking behind the hotel.
My room was fine, but my daughter said hers wasn't that clean. She found eyelashes in her bed before she got in (not hers, obviously. That grossed her out a bit, making her feel a bit uncomfortable. She didn't tell me until after we left, so I could not tell the staff on checkout.

It’s tired and needs refurbishment. Hotel restaurant closes at 21:00!
