Perfect location and sparkling clean!
Stayed at Rate Rahul Service Apartment and had a great experience. The location is unbeatable with restaurants right outside and major spots nearby. Clean, neat, and looks just like the pictures!
The main downside for us was the complete lack of basic toiletries (no body wash, shampoo), just handwash, no basic kitchen cleaning liquids, which is a bit of a pain when traveling with family. To top it off, even the water bottles were charged. A few small complimentary touches would make a big difference, but otherwise a convenient place to stay.

Owner response and follow up felt good. The property is spacious and kitchen is good enough.
Microwave should have provided, AC was not worked in one of the bedroom but got repaired.
