Kallitsakis Beach

The hotel is on a great location right around the corner of the Main Street with the shops and restaurants and also 2minutes away from the beach. The hotel is very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Nicoletta works at the front desk and she is very kind and helpful if you have questions about a tour or place you want to visit. Our room was great, view of the pool and a second balcony with street view. On one balcony the light stopped working and we told Nicoletta in the morning before going on tour. When we got back the light was working again. A great and friendly cleaning staff comes to clean your room every day and they are very artistic with towels, one day we got a swan and the other day it was a flower and a bear. The pool is also nice if you don’t feel like going to the beach, you can relax and have a nice swim. I can surely recommend staying here as what we will do when we visit Chania again. Close to the hotel, the owner has a restaurant/breakfast-lunchroom. Really good food and drinks and not expensive at all! We went there most of our times for breakfast or lunch.

Nicoletta was delightful and helpful right from the beginning in answering questions before we arrived and during our stay She is so warm and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Location was excellent and very quiet Rooms were fab and nice balcony and furnishings. The whole stay was wonderful

No tea towel in the apartments to wipe up dishes and also a decent can open would be helpful

L hôtel appartement est très propre , en plein centre et à 2 minutes de la plage Le personnel est très disponible, mais à partir de 20 h la réception est fermée On n’ a pas pu profiter de la piscine il a plu pendant 3 jours il y avait des inondations et des pluies diluviennes

L emplacement tout est à proximité mini marketing ,restauration et tavernes , et station de bus via Chania

Great location, staff and swiming pool

The sofabed was not good to sleep on and there were no duvet just a sheet. Wish there was breakfast at the hotel and gym equipments.
