The breakfast was fabulous and very well priced
They should supply more than just body wash combo shampoo for the shower and the pillows are very soft not very supportive

Great hotel with character, great staff and easy to get anywhere we wanted to go around the city.
It was July and the heat was intense, we had 2 fans in the room but being on the 4th floor it was still hot.

Location for purpose of our stay which was to help our Don move into student accommodation for his erasmus year
It’s shown as a 4 star ⭐️ hotel. Extremely basic room, unusually accessible shower and no tea/coffee making facilities.
On check in the person at reception just about checked us in and no other information on other facilities ie: breakfast details were given. I know we were room only but breakfast was available if we fad wanted to pay - same as tea or coffee. Disappointed really. Will not be staying here again.

"Chambre très propre, hotel très agréable et dans l'univers de Vienne. Nous nous n'attendions pas à autant de confort. L'emplacement est juste parfait, je recommande cet hotel sans hésitation!"
