La ubicación, se nos hizo fácil llegar y el estacionamiento disponible es un plus
En las habitaciones el baño no tenía ventana y al bañarse todo se humedecía tuve miedo de que la secadora de pelo fallara porque se humedeció mucho, también les faltan conectores de luz éramos 2 personas mi esposo usó la que había disponible y yo ya no podía cargar mi teléfono, les faltan espejos en la habitación hay uno en la puerta del clóset pero es incómodo ir hasta la puerta abierta para verse en el espejo

The breakfast was good with a variety of foods to try.
The location was in a bit of an industrial area with not much to explore around it. There was a large shopping mall within walking distance though.

The hotel has an authentic charm and is generally well maintained, with beautiful gardens and a unique atmosphere.
Triple bedroom is big
The windows were in poor condition, allowing cold air to come through, and the bathroom was outdated and lacked proper ventilation.
The room had an unpleasant odor upon arrival, which affected the overall comfort of our stay.
The bathroom was dated and in need of renovation.
The floor in the spa area was extremely slippery and felt unsafe, especially when wet. It would benefit from a non-slip surface or better safety measures.
