the hospitality service was so amazed, the room is clean and comfy. With new style and modern chic, i feel like playing in my friend home hahahaha

Good location near BTS On Nut Station. Facilities (Gym, Onsen, Pool) are well maintained. The staff was friendly in general.
Had to change rooms 3 times during the stay. This was managed poorly. First room had a strange smell, second room was about 15m2 (28m2 deluxe room booked) and there was no room up to standard available on this day. Neither a discount nor anything else was given by the staff to compensate for the downgrade. The third room (on day 2) was as described on booking.com .
