La qualité du restaurant et l'amabilité du personnel.
La conception du bâtiment : le bruit de la réception résonnait jusque dans la chambre.
La baie vitrée entre la chambre et la rue était impossible à fermer. La salle de bain était trop petite et mal agencée.

The property was in one of the best locations. The options for breakfast were also fantastic.
The pool was a little small for all the guests especially on an extremely hot day

The room was very large and I enjoyed the view from the balcony to the nice neighborhood. The team was friendly and helpful. One of the waiters made us a very special signature cocktail that we liked a lot. The pool is a great place to hang out and also the public beach is just a few steps away.
Be advised that the "sea" there is not really suitable for swimming. You can walk a mile into that "river" and still have the water only going to your ankles. The breakfast was okay, but not really mind-blowing. I have seen better breakfast in other Dazzlers. The Dinner was pretty good through. The most annoying thing about Colonia are the taxi drivers that really try to take advantage of tourists. A drive around the block will cost you the same as the ride from the airport. Since the hotel is a bit far from town, be advised to get a rental car.

Big and comfortable rooms. Good restaurant. Only average breakfast. Staff are helpful and very friendly.
It is icy cold. No central heating throughout the hotel. Only good for summer stays.
