a slight unpleasant smell from the couch and could be better if towels are provided, overall place was a good value.

The location was within easy walking distance to the business centre. Public transport was also easy to access. There's plenty of restaurants to choose from and a nearby market. Checking out was easy, you just have to leave the key on the box by the door.
One of the guards that was on duty on the night we arrived was so grumpy, told us off for not knowing how to check in, the fact that we just arrived to the Philippines. We can hear the party noise from the other units having a karaoke. There were dispensers for soaps and shampoo but they were empty. There were no tea towels and hand towels.
