All the staff are friendly. I mean all of them especially the front office staff and concierge.
None at all.

location is superb strategy
the air-condition ventilation system. When I sat at the working desk it was superb cold. When I lay down on bed then it was a bit hot.

Excellent location and comfortable bed, and spacious shower despite the tight space in the bedroom.
Towels were a bit worn and there isn’t enough lighting at the desk area.
