Great location, beautiful building with beautiful entrance hall, nice view, functional amenities.
There was bad smell coming out of the bathroom floor.
Shower space was too small.
It was impossible to use Wi-Fi in the bedroom.
Apartment was dark, because windows and the balcony was facing North.
There was always line at the elevators.
