The breakfast lady, Lenisha was extremely helpful and courteous. She made our 5-day stay a pleasure. Housekeeping personnel were friendly and accomodating. Glad there was a business center computer at the location.

Easy access and great parking. Quick access to the park. Breakfast was great.

One day the cleaning staff skipped our room.

It was a great location and not too far from Niagara Falls.

No real complaint. It was clean. The pool and breakfast were a big hit. Staff was all so kind.

The location was great and the room was spacious. The beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was absolute chaos. There was very little space and staff was not managing the sitting area leaving guests fending for themselves. Food area was very small, had run out of many food items. I had to go and ask for help to find seating and to find out if food would be replenished. The quality of the food itself was just OK. The hotel was apparently at full capacity. The bathroom was OK but no way to use the shower without wetting your hair, and there were not enough towels for 3 people. The air conditioning unit sounded like an airplane was parked in the room on and off all night. Much noisier than average. I also received a strange call about when I was planning to check in, which no other hotel has ever done.
