Palangos Vetra

Hotel staff was incredibly polite and friendly. It seemed, that pleasing the client is their hobby. I even was surprised by birthday greetings and a present in my room. Room was clean, comfortable, big. Breakfast was nice as well, sauna is renewed and nice to use.

Very clean

The hotel is really great. Very clean, modern, the reception staff are amazing, you can tell they work well together and are experienced in serving their customers. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which we really enjoyed. The spa is small but comfortable. Robes and beach towels are provided. I've read they reached a 4*+ level recently. The location is amazing, next to a park, close to the city centre, but still quiet. I had read negative reviews about the breakfast food so I was a bit concerned before going. Honestly, the breakfast was great. A selection of cold and hot dishes, everything was fresh and of great quality. I don't know what these people are complaining about - and I'm quite selective with food.

There was a mouldy smell in our apartment, we couldn't get rid of it even with ventilating every day. The spa floor was too slippery. Breakfast staff were polite but sometimes looked a bit grumpy. The coffee from the machine was not the best, and there was often a queue. After the breakfast used to go to Kupeta cafe next door, where we had a cup of nice coffee, so it was not bad in the end. I'd happily return.
