Property manager met us , even helped with the luggage. Walked us through unit and building. Well stocked kitchen. Great location. Grocery store right down stairs. Close to other stores, restaurants and beach. Could walk everywhere, no rental needed. Appreciate the vacuum. Kept sand controlled.

Expect busy weekends and noise ( to the wee hours ) from a bar down below. Don’t expect pool heat. 🥶 There was a beach umbrella. Maybe a ball or beach toys and beach chairs could be left for renters.

Great location across the street from main beach and close to shops for groceries. Veranda with view of the ocean. Suite was somewhat updated, had washing machine and drying rack, and secure covered parking.

Lack of amenities usually provided - only one extra roll of toilet paper for the week, no soap, one dish towel, one hand towel (could wash these but then had nothing to use while waiting for them to dry) and no extra garbage bags - had to use our own grocery bags. There was construction going on in unit below until 6pm (including Sat/Sun!) that we weren’t made aware of beforehand, so no napping during the day. Dog urine in the hallway outside elevators - was there for 2 days before my husband found a building cleaner to deal with it. Finally, only 1 elevator worked so had to use the stairs down 4 flights frequently.
