Spacious room and bathroom. Very clean. Friendly and helpful receptionist. We didn’t use the jetted tub or common kitchen but they were nice amenities.
Only the stairs which we knew about when we booked. But being in our 70 s made the stairs a challenge. You could hear the Metro running below the building but it was a non issue for us.

Excellent staff, the room was clean and a good size with aircon and we had a nice view onto the garden. The communal kitchen had really good facilities including a large fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave and plenty of glasses, pots, pans etc. and there was easy access to the garden. There were several supermarkets and a metro station nearby. Also, we were given good information about fairly close rated restaurants.
The area itself was convenient for transport but was on a main road, a little run down with an untidy derelict building opposite, and was generally a bit dirty and littered. We could have also done with an oven glove.

"L’accueil, la propreté, la cuisine mise à disposition, avec tout le nécessaire, la patio agréable pour y dîner… la proximité de petits commerçants, du métro et des bus."
