Location, just off Plymouth Hoe was perfect, a very short walk to a spectacular view of Plymouth Sound.
My old bones didn’t like the stairs (my fault)?and the wifi connection was erratic.

Exceptional accomdation. I booked at the very last minute and the hosts went above and beyond in helping me have a superb stay at there clinically clean guest house! Superbly maintained, the double bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was perfect too! Thanks for a great overnight stay!👍👍😁😁

A perfect stay - the single room was clean, spacious and the bed comfortable, the location was fabulous, I walked everywhere all weekend and the breakfast was delicious.
Hosts Paul and Lesley were super accommodating when my shark trip was cancelled 24 hours before arrival and allowed me to reschedule my booking to another date.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and stay again another time.
