Awesome Deer Lake Cottage 5 minutes from Boyne City for family fun!
Notre chalet est parfait pour une semaine ou un week-end d'été. Situés sur le lac Deer et à 5 minutes de Boyne Mountain, nos 4 chambres, 3 canapés-lits gigognes, 1. 5 salles de bains et 1850 pieds carrés vous permettront de vous évader en été. Deux portes coulissantes en verre offrent une vue magnifique sur le lac Deer. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size en rondins. Les chambres supplémentaires ont chacun lits queen journaux de taille. La chambre avec lits superposés est un endroit incroyable pour les enfants avec un lit superposé journal, pleine taille sur le fond et deux sur le dessus. La chambre a également un lit de jour avec lits jumeaux et un canapé-lit. Parfait pour les adultes aussi.
Nous sommes à 5 minutes en voiture du lodge principal de Boyne Mountain, du parcours de golf, des courts de tennis et situé directement sur le lac Deer. Beaux couchers de soleil sur l'eau .... feux de joie, kayaks, chaloupe et canoë disponibles .... Cour ombragée parfaite pour les siestes dans le hamac ....

It was great we had so much fun had some water issues but thw host was quick to respond even late at night and got someone over to help right away

The lake view was a little slice of heaven! I loved how the water was shallow for my three year old to be able to play in the water. My older boys loved kayaking and using the row boat. The cottage has that lake house feel and has everything you need. Was so easy to get a hold of Karen. If you’re looking for things to do. Mackinaw island is about an hr away. The down town was beautiful with shops and delicious ice cream. The sky bridge was amazing to see!! Would love to come back in the winter to see its beauty and definitely back in the summer in the future!

To start, the communication was pretty good though some details were fudged. Check in was easy. The beach was sandy and this place had some good amenities. Towels galore, plentiful seating and large back deck. The Bad: SO HOT IN THE HOUSE. When messaged with manager, she said there were fans in all of the rooms to deal with the heat but they were TINY and we had to buy fans. The beds were terrible and have not been updates in 30 years, that’s not an exaggeration. Every back hurt the next day because of all the broken springs. The whole house needed a reallly good deep clean and while lake houses do have more bugs, this place had spiders EVERYWHERE! Regular spraying really does some good! Only one of the burners on the stove worked properly, the toilets back up, BUT we still had a good time and the place was cheaper. Lake was amazing. Wouldn’t stay again though.
