Responsive and hospitable staff. Clean bed linen and towels. Large apartment area. No bugs or ants. As a bonus - langurs come. They do not steal things. But in the same jungle lives a family of red monkeys from a competing clan. Nearby is a cafe with European breakfasts. It is occupied every morning by European comrades =) and they eat all the food. It is worth fighting for a place in the sun with them. Air conditioners are working.
I would like to ask you to update the refrigerator so that the compartments in the door can be used to store fine Australian wine.

Very spacious apartment, close to beach, restaurants and bars, comfortable bed, air conditioning
No cleaning/change of sheets or rubbish collection but as it's a homestay maybe this is usual for this type of accommodation

Many restaurants, convenience stores, spas, and laundry within walking distance. Check in was easy, and the receptionist was very kind.
Heavy rains during my stay, being in a bungalow style room, it was enough to wake you from sleep. Main road was within steps of the rooms, every truck, motorcycle, and tour buses could be heard passing by. Lots of ants, lizards, frogs find their way into the room, as the gap under the door seem a bit wide. I felt the pillows also need to be replaced, as washed pillow cases will never hide the stench of sweat from years of use. Very sparsely furnished as well, room was as basic as it gets. Perhaps ok for an overnight stay in a pinch, but I'll pass on this one for any long term stays.
