Our family loved this cabin! Overall a great experience. This was our half way point, and planned to do laundry... but but the washer/dryer is tiny and ineffective. Had some trouble with ac not workin right and a leak, but generally this cabin was great!

The cabin had everything we needed as a family of 5 to enjoy the smokies. The cabin was very big and we had plenty of space. The game tables and hot tub were wonderful to have. Location is great. We will visit again.

Reviewer Comments:
We planned a very last minute and very trip to Gatlinburg and opted to stay with Elk Springs as we had a previous good experience. This stay didn’t live up to my previous experience. Prior to booking, I emailed the property management company and asked if they had a property close to downtown and preferably within trolley route. I was told there was a trolley stop “two minutes away”. Well, I don’t know if time is slower in Gatlinburg but the closest trolley stop was definitely much farther. During my stay, I texted the property management company to ask about the trolley because we were having some difficulty finding it and was told “google it”. Rude, but okay...The cabin itself was definitely dated but fine for what it is. The soaker tub was really difficult to get in and out of as the bruise on my leg would suggest. All in, I probably wouldn’t stay with Elk Springs again as there are many other options and I can probably find better customer service and hospitality elsewhere.
