Très très bien situé et les animatroniques à l’accueil mais avec une présence humaine en cas de besoin

The bath water didn't really go cold just hottest hot and warm

We booked the hotel for the dinosaurs theme check-in and it did not disappoint. Check-in and check-out with the robot with ease. They have lockers in the lobby for storing your luggage before and after check-out so it's pretty handy. The hotel is within the Americamura area with lots of trendy American brand vintage shops and cafe, yet also not far from the famouse Shinsaibashi shopping street and Dotonbori. We booked the triple room, seems like they repurposed the disabled friendly room, so room is bigger and toilet is wider. Pretty happy with our stay.

There's a restaurant at the lobby for breakfast and it turned into a Japanese 'idol' maid cafe in the afternoon. It's honestly a bit of an off feeling if the hotel mostly attract kids? We can also smell cigarette smoke wafting in when we walked into the lobby when they're open. Not a major thing for us though, we still like our stay.

Location was good

Room a bit dingy, worn carpeting and some dirt on walls.
