The hotel was excellent. The staff could not do enough to make us feel at home. Everything was perfect. We spent both Christmas and New Year’s Eve at the hotel and the staff went out of their way to help us celebrate both occasions. I have spent many many years travelling , the experience at Tis hotel was one of the most memorable. Thank you to all the staff

Great property and food! Wonderful value for money and I loved the location. A bit far from town center i.e not really walkable there, but just what I was looking for.
The room was too cold for my liking. I think they need to do something about it, even if adding an extra heater.
