Hotel Plaza

Lovely room, well equipped. Good breakfast. Friendly receptionist. Secure parking (in a gated lot a short walk from the hotel) Reasonable rates.

The hotel is in a restricted traffic zone which can make finding it in the car difficult, especially when the apparent only access road is closed for repairs! Not the hotels fault of course, but neither I nor Google Maps could find an alternative entry route. Fortunately I found somewhere to park temporarily and walked to the hotel to check in. Whilst this road is closed an option might be to search 'Parking Hotel Plaza' on Google Maps. This does work & will take you to the car park, but there needs to be more than 1 person. One of you to stay with the car whilst the other walks to the hotel to check in (the car park is in a busy area and the police park in the vicinity and may move you on, so you might have to drive round the block a couple of times! Alternatively if you can find the hotel bell on the gate they might let you in pre check in)

Hotel in centre. Easy access to transport. Bus or train. Friendly and helpful staff.

Shower wasn’ draining properly. But still was functional

It has a great location, and the breakfast room is very nice.

It does not have parking.
