Offrez-vous ce grand appartement de 100 m² installé dans une résidence surveillée 24h/24 à coté de la manufacture des Gobelins. Aménagé au 15ème étage avec ascenseurs, il offre une vue exceptionnelle sur tout Paris : Tour Eiffel, Invalides, Panthéon, Notre Dame, Sacré-Cœur, Val de Grace
L'appartement comporte un grand séjour , 2 chambres (un lit double , 2 lits simples et un futon) ,salle de bain(douche et lavabo) et toilettes séparées .
Un balcon double exposition de 1,50 m de large dessert toutes les pièces de l'appartement.
Les draps et les serviettes sont fournis ainsi que les livres et les jeux de société .
Le ménage entrée et sortie est inclus dans le prix de location .
Vous profiterez du grand séjour de 40 m2, du balcon de 1.50m de large permettant d installer sièges et table face à la vue et d’un grand jardin privatif joliment fleuri. En face le parc public des Gobelins .
Au pied de l'immeuble, boulanger, cafés restaurants supermarché. A 500m les marchés, Mouffetard au Nord et Blanqui au Sud
L'accès aux musées et monuments de Paris est très facile à pied ou en bus ou métro ,situés à la station "Gobelins", à 5 mn ào pied.
Vous irez visiter le Louvre, le musée d'Orsay et vous promener au Luxembourg ou aux Jardin des Plantes ,et rêver sur les ponts de La Seine .

The apartment was as promised. Views that were spectacular. Close to metro and bus. Charming neighborhood. Plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Beds very comfortable. The apartment was a true Parisian experience. Furnishing were perfect for a vintage Paris apartment. Maybe in need of a deep cleaning but linens were clean. There is a clothes washer and we did use it as there were 5 small bath towels for 5 of us for the week. But we made do and loved our stay.

The perfect Paris apartment with a view of the Eiffel Tower lighting up at night & amazing sunsets! Loved the neighborhood close to lots of Metro stops. Highly recommend didn’t want to leave after 9 magical days in Paris.

Staying here was like having our own apartment in Paris. It was spacious and comfortable with spectacular views. It's not a flashy apartment with everything modern. Instead, it is an authentic home - almost as if a friend said "Hey, have an apartment in Paris you can use." It has everything you need. And the neighborhood is away from the crowds in the rest of the city but close enough to get there by Metro or walking.

The location of the apartment is great! Wonderful neighborhood, Near metro and a short walk to historic Rue Mouffetard and Monoprix on the same block.
The apartment has amazing views and the communication with the owner was detailed and pleasant.
The pricing of this large apartment is very good and I'm sure if it was completely updated, the owner could charge at least twice as much so that needs to be taken into consideration as renters. We enjoyed being surrounded by books, interesting art pieces that the owner has collected through the years.
The basic necessity things that could be better are: supplying more than 1.5 roles of toilet paper for 4 people who are staying 6 nights, supplying one box of tissue and a role of paper towels. Supplying enough, and then drying the bath towels in a dryer rather than just hanging them to dry (they were old and actually need to be replaced - we almost bought new towels). New bed pillows are needed and probably new bedding. We bought an extra blanket because the blankets in the hallway closet were so stained we could not use them. We wanted to use the extra twin mattress but the mattress cover had a horrible stain.
So overall, great location, great view, nice owner, but I don't think we could stay there again unless some basic things were updated.
