Amazing hotel. Great location not too far from the main station. Berverlie on reception was outstanding and couldn't have been more helpful. Hotel sent whatsapp message the day before check in to see if we had any queries while staying at the hotel and were only too happy to recommend things to do and places to eat. Rooms were also available for early check in. Underground station less than 5 min walk from the hotel brings you to lots of tourist sites. Supermarket at the end of the road the hotel is on. Room in pictures look exactly like the rooms you get. Beverlie on reception was the most helpful receptionist I've ever dealt with and was more than happy to ring up a small neighborhood restaurant for us and book us a table. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and will be my go to hotel whenever I visit Rome in the future.
The hotel was tricky to find as in it is on the second floor of a building and the sign isn't very prominent. Apart from that I couldn't find any fault with this hotel

The two ladies on your staff are exceedingly helpful and caring individuals who have great social skills and care about the customer and the needs of same! Truly remarkable young women and this is really good to see in the world today!
You cannot change the size of room because part of your culture for many many years. The difference in your size hotel room in America is like night and day and we both know it. I can’t change that nor can you. As the same goes it is what it is!,

A great hotel in a lovely location. A short walk from several bus stops. The hotel itself was clean and presentable. We arrived earlier than check in as we had tickets to the theatre that night. Arianna was fantastic and was able to accommodate us an hour earlier. We can’t thank her enough for this, she was friendly and welcoming. A credit to this lovely hotel. Would highly recommend.
