I had a wonderful stay, thanks to the spacious room, exceptionally comfortable bed, and ideal location for attending events at the Transamerica Expo Center.
While the hotel is clean and comfortable, it is in need of renovation as the facilities appear outdated.

Location.
Poorly staffed. Seems like there was only one person on reception for a huge hotel.
