Everything, just the breakfast was untasty ,no love in food ...vary basic and no tasty ... but for the price u can eat in any other place around hahaha so...recommended

The breakfast had plenty of choices and several items were changed each day. The location is very good for the old city center. The view to the Sugar Loaf from the roof is amazing.
Brazilians are usually very friendly and from the attitude of the the staff at this hotel I got the impression that they hate their jobs - or at least the guests. I've never before seen a hotel that charges to keep luggage before check-in or after check-out. Only one elevator was operating, causing long waiting times to get up and down. My phone was stolen just outside the hotel.
