2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property.
Ce premier étage 2 chambres 2 salle de bain condominium est situé sur le côté du golfe de notre propriété. En raison de son emplacement central, il est à quelques pas de notre plage de sable blanc, des courts de tennis, de la piscine et des barbecues au charbon de bois. Pour se conformer au code de prévention des incendies du comté de Sarasota, nos unités de deux chambres à coucher peuvent accueillir un maximum de six personnes. La chambre principale est meublée avec un lit king size réglable et la chambre d'amis a un lit queen size et un lit complet. Les deux chambres sont équipées d'une télévision à écran plat 32 ", tandis que le salon dispose d'une grande télévision à écran plat 50" avec service HD. La salle de bain principale dispose d'une douche à l'italienne et la salle de bain dispose d'une baignoire / douche. La belle cuisine spacieuse a des comptoirs en Corian et de nombreux placards. Il est entièrement équipé avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour la cuisson: casseroles, vaisselle, ustensiles, grille-pain, cafetière et machine à café Keurig. Il y a de beaux carreaux dans toute l'unité. Le patio est intégré à l'unité, ce qui ajoute de l'espace de vie, et il y a un espace extérieur pour que vous et votre famille puissiez profiter de nos chaudes brises tropicales.

Pool by the bay was great! Short walk to the beach. My only issue was lack of convenience item in kitchen and bathrooms. Also when we arrived the place was completely covered in what Florida calls “love bugs”. It would have been nice if they looked the place over before we arrived so we didn’t have to sweep and vacuum upon arrival. Overall great place after the bugs were gone.

We had a lovely time at Siesta Key. The property was nice but desperately needs some love and updates. The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable but there were some plumbing issues, and many of the outlets needed to be replaced. The location is great and the beach was wonderful. We enjoyed our trip very much.

It’s a nice property with a good pool and good access to the beach. Parking was easy and we enjoyed the property.
Very spacious unit with large rooms and lots of space to spread out. Living room furniture was very comfortable and remainder of funiginhs were fine.
Not everything in the unit in great repair. Bathroom drains were both broken/loose, kitchen faucet also loose and didn’t work great. Grout in tile very stained. Guest bathroom not the cleanest. Thermostat locked at lowest setting of 70 degrees. I believe if you’re paying that much to rent a unit you should be able to keep it at whatever temperature you want. This wasn’t a big problem as it was somewhat compensated by good ceiling fans and floor fans but with the really high humidity and heat outside sleeping wasn’t as comfortable as we would have liked.
If you’re expecting a good “hospitality” experience you will maybe be disappointed. The listing said toiletries provided and they weren’t. Also neither paper towels or Kleenex were provided. No salt and pepper. Kitchen was however well stocked with all the things you’d need to prepare and serve food.
Living room furniture was comfortable and all other furnishings were fine. It’s a fine place to stay if you know all the details going in, have those expectations and are prepared.
