It is excellent location and cleanliness. The only downsides were the poor view from the room and the somewhat noisy air conditioning. Their communication was excellent. 8/10

Great location and very nice apartment in an classic building. It is 5 mins far from the main square, 10 mins from the castle, you can go walking everywhere.
There is no physical staff, sometimes messages take a long time to be replied. It would be great to have whassup contact either direct communication, sometimes I felt nervous because you don’t know if your messages are being read

the location was great very close to the city centre
There was no hand soap provided. The building is quite old, and you can hear almost every movement and noise from outside.
