Room was very good. The location is also good since it is near to the shops, hotels, etc
Restaurant service is very bad. No coordination between restaurant and the hotel. Quality of the food is not so good for the money paid. There is a lot of scope for improvement. At the hotel also, many a times, no person at the reception or any of the contact numbers like room service etc. This also can be improved
