Clean and well maintained property. Dishwasher tablets and washing powder were also provided. Secured parking.
There was no dryer to dry the washed clothes. It would be helpful especially for Melbourne climate. The bread toaster was not working. Only living room has aircon, bedrooms doesn’t have air conditioning, but there is a room heater provided. While Booking.com says EFTPOS payment is available, this is not practically true. I had to give my credit card details through a phone call to someone whom I don't know and never met, which is a high security concern for me.

Location was good for my purpose. The facilities and decor would good and the generous amount of teabags was welcomed.
My only criticism is the checkin instructions were difficult to get until I was on wifi and having travelled for the prior hours meant I didn’t get the instructions in time before I left so I had to find secure wifi to download the information.
I would have benefitted from them a bit earlier so I could at least download and save.
