A group of four of us stayed at the villa for two weeks in April 2026.As soon as we arrived at the villa, we could tell we had made the right choice. The pool was immaculate and larger than it appeared in photos. It is enclosed within a courtyard with an open roof section, making it an ideal space for relaxing in, any time of the day. The kitchen had every utensil anyone could ever want and the lounge/bedroom A/C units were powerful.I had read some previous reviews stating the villa was dated and/or needed modernising but this was not our experience at all. Having been to Grenada many times (and with my wife having family there) we could tell the villa has been set up like a traditional Grenadian home, with lots of options to let you benefit from the breeze and remain comfortable. As it was low season, we did experience periods where mains water was rationed but the water pump at the villa allowed us to still have running water in those moments. Similarly, the emersion system allowed us a constant hot water supply when required and the property guide book gave simple instructions on everything.Our host, housekeeper and cleaner were all friendly and approachable.In summary, we would recommend the villa to anyone looking for a great place to stay, at an excellent price. Situated in Lanse-aux-Epines, the area is very quiet and close to St George's University Club where we also had an excellent meal, recommended by our host.All in all, a definite 10/10 stay.

We loved our 11 days here. It is not your usual vacation villa as it is a family holiday house and quite quirky. But it is immaculately clean with maid service three times a week, good air-con, very well equipped, beds are comfy and the showers powerful. The small pool was perfect for a cool down and the gardens very pretty. You really need a car here as no bus service but we enjoyed the peaceful residential area - walks along the peninsula to the wild cliffs in the cool of the evening and the University Club is five minutes stroll if you don't want to cook. There is a beach just over the road but not really suitable for sitting on or swimming - nice to stroll along though and fabulous beaches and restaurants a few minutes away in the car. The owner couldn't have been more helpful: she arranged our car hire and left us very generous shopping for the first night. We will definitely return.

Wonderful stay for our group. Great value for the money. Easy walk to SGU for dinner. Short drive to everything else. Property manager and local staff are super helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We came to Grenada, an island we know and love, at the last minute for some much needed R and R. From the minute we arrived and were welcomed by Philomena, the stress started to dissolve. The house and pool were immaculate and we just couldn't wait to unpack and collapse. Our bedroom was gorgeous and very comfortable and Janet who came a few times, made sure it was all kept spick and span. As we were on a very laid back break and had been to the island many times, we didn't venture out much. However when we did Natalie and her taxi were always on hand to deliver us wherever. Sunday lunch at the Aquarium is always a must for us and where better to stop for lunch after the walk along Grand Anse than Umbrellas on the beach. Wonderful, and large!, chicken Caesar salads we also used the University Club for great lunches and the perfect spot for sundowners on the beach. We had a wonderful time and really didn't want to leave. On our last night there was a full moon and clear sky, what better for a midnight swim!!!!
