Villa San Pietro is a beautiful villa in a heavenly spot of Tuscany. Located near the little village of Montaione, it was perfectly situated in the regions hills, with the back of the home facing west, offering stunning sunsets each day.Easy day trips to Florence, Sienna, San Ghimigiano and Volterra. The villa offers plenty of room with a large comfortable living spaces downstairs and 4 large bedrooms upstairs each with their own en-suite. The bathrooms featured rain showers and plenty of hot water. It also features patio dining and relaxing areas for morning coffee or Apertivo and dinner with the sunsets. And the pool is beautiful, clean and perfect for family and friends to relax and enjoy the sun and the solitude.Ginevra, owner, and her assistant were so helpful and the process was easy and stressless. It’s a beautiful home in a beautiful setting!They also recommended Irene, a lovely local Chef who came to the Villa twice to prepare dinners. She offers casual, as well as a set menu that you can curae from a variety of options, that can include Apertivo, Small Plate options or a full Italian four course meals. Absolutely fantastic food, prepared in the Villa with all fresh foods and her favorite family recipes. And she is a happy and gracious host throughout the night! Highly recommend!If you want a place that has the comforts of home a quiet part of Tuscany, you have found your small of heaven!

A fantastic well appointed villa, with 4 ensuite bedrooms, large covered terraces, surrounding grass area, magnificent pool and superb views over the rolling Tuscan countryside. Lots of space and a relaxing environment - we had a great stay!

We have just returned from an amazing holiday at San Pietro. My husband and I travelled with our 3 children, aged 8, 12 and 25 and also my mother. Antonietta was the perfect host. She greeted us on arrival and was so friendly and welcoming. The villa, which was extremely clean, is amazing and has everything you need. The space is vast and all bedrooms with their own bathrooms was excellent. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept, including the pool which was cleaned every morning. The views can only be described as breathtaking from every angle. We visited a few places like Sienna, Florence and Pisa but the one that stands out the most and we would definitely recommend is San Gimignano but prepare for lots of walking and hills. As someone who has never driven abroad before, the driving was not as terrifying as I had anticipated. We drove from Pisa airport which was relatively easy. We did however, drive the short 20 minutes to Castelfiorentino train station to avoid too much city driving and parking. The parking at the train station was easy, cheap and secure and then we would just jump on a train to access the many places you can visit. Altogether, this was a wonderful, relaxing holiday that we will never forget and we would highly recommend Antonietta's beautiful villa, without hesitation. Grazie mille per la vostra ospitalità meravigliosa. I hope I have said this correctly as my Italian is very limited.

This property was absolutely perfect for my family's stay in Tuscany. The owner, Antoinetta Russo and her assistant, Serena, were very accommodating. The villa is well equipped and we were all very comfortable. There was easy access to surrounding towns (of course having a good GPS helped). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property.
