In principle a nice location not so far from city center. To termini station it’s a 50min walk. Friendly owner, who was trying minimize the overnight troubles coming from a nearby pub as much as he could. That’s why we give more credits to the booking.com ranking than the stay deserves.
No sleep over night. We had the two room apartment with one window looking to the front of the house. It was next to the main door. Almost every night we had troubles with drunken, smoking and/or loud people outside, sitting directly at the entrance to the apartment. Main issue: window or its frame wasn’t isolated at all. We had all the smoke and noises inside in our apartment as well. Sometimes we woke up due to smoke, other times due to extreme loud noises. Once we had to cancel an appointment in the morning because we were not able to get up early enough.
Although the host was kind and understanding the issue, we cannot recommend the apartment at its current state.
