The location was good and an amazing view across the lake. The staff were very friendly and attentive and there were good breakfast choices.
There were no electric sockets by the bedsides and a socket close to the mirror would have been very beneficial.
No tea & coffee facilities in the room. Also our room location facing the car park was quite noisy early in the morning from 5am onwards.

The location was fabulous. All the hotel staff went above and beyond to make you feel welcome and be totally helpful . Service was second to none. There were a lot of repeat customers who rated the hotel. I would definitely book this hotel again.
Possibly driving through the narrow streets to use their parking, but that’s a location problem. When I got there, there was parking for ample cars and the location near the castle was unbearable.

Loved the location and the lakefront terrace.
It was set back from the main road and was quiet and peaceful.
