Superb villa with heated private pool - stunning sea and mountain views- Air con
Cette superbe villa de vacances (6 couchages) avec piscine, est joliment meublée avec des sols en marbre partout. Il a de superbes vues panoramiques sur la mer et la montagne et est situé à quelques pas de Moraira et de la crique de sable d'El Portet, à notre avis, le plus bel endroit de la Costa Blanca. La villa est parfaitement équipée pour des vacances en famille avec une offre généreuse d'équipements de plage, de jeux de société, de DVD et de guides locaux. Il est à environ une heure de route des aéroports d'Alicante et de Valence. Javea et Denia sont à proximité. Plusieurs courts de tennis et terrains de golf sont facilement accessibles.

The owners were easy to communicate with, and answered questions in a timely manner.The house is in a beautiful, quiet, safe area. Having the upstairs suite was lovely with patio and en suite.Supermarket close / walkable for smaller items.Outside space and pool are amazing. Kitchen had everything we needed, lounge was lovely but we didn’t really use it as we were outside.El portet and Moraira are walkable - it is a steep hill on the way back so you wouldn’t want to forget anything ! We never felt the need to take the car down, and it gave our older children freedom to come and go. You might want to take the car if you have small children / buggies.Snorkelling around the castle rocks was brilliant and we were there for the taking of the castle - Moors/Christians weekend well worth being there for one of the evening shows and 2 hour parade ! We got the tram to Altea, visited a few other beaches, and loved walking around Benissa old town.

One of the best villas we have ever stayed in, and the views from the pool terrace were amazing. Everything we needed was there, and we spent most of our time either in the pool, or sat at the table under the covered terrace. The hosts and local agents were brilliant when we had questions and the bedroom air conditioning was a godsend in the July heat. An absolutely wonderful villa !p.s. An easy downhill walk to Moraira (the nicest Spanish town we have ever stayed near) was around 20-25 minutes. The walk back would have been longer (30 mins) because it's uphill (as the kids pointed out, you can't have spectacular views if you're not up a hill!) but we easily got taxis back for 6-8euros after a 5-10 minute wait at the taxi rank, even in the height of tourist season.

We all had a really enjoyable holiday. The villa is well equipped and homely. Good communication with Alex and we met Netta who looks after the villa and was very friendly. Good location near El Portet and Moraira. Good selection of shops and restaurants in Moraira. Villa pool was well used and enjoyed by our children. We were thankful for the aircon in the bedrooms during the recent heatwave. Temps most days in high 30s. No hesitation in recommending this villa to others!
