The owner/host is awesome and so friendly! The room was clean and the location great, nice and close to the train station. We loved that is a more comfortable place with personality rather than a sterile feeling hotel. We’d definitely stay there again!

Secured place, proximity of the place from the train station. Accommodating and kind host. Near the grocery store.
Suggestions only: bigger fridge would be nice, basic cooking facility, smart tv inside the room to better cater foreign guests, a facility to carry heavy luggages up and down the stairs

This was very close to the Roma Termini train station and easy to find. Mario helped me get my heavy suitcase up the stairs, and he upgraded my room to one with a balcony. Everything was very clean, the bed was comfortable and it was also quiet.
My only suggestion is that the shower stall could use a little shelf for shampoo/soap.
I didn't explore the kitchen, but it's good to know it's there. There is a well stocked grocery store just around the corner, a restaurant next door, and a "bar" two doors down. Perfecto!

Location of property is close to Roma Termini, supermarket, pharmacy and eating options.
The shower cubicle was very small and entry and exit was very tight between the shower door opening.
