Go Hotel Saga

We booked the 2 bedroomed apartment, which was a self contained unit adjacent (but attached) to the hotel. It was spacious, clean and well provisioned with linen, towels and kitchen equipment. Hotel staff at all times of the day and evening were always 100% polite, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really very good: continental style with a huge amount of fresh cheeses, meats, eggs, breads, fruit and dairy. Lots of different teas and coffees. It was buffet style, so you could help yourself to what you wanted. The hotel is very close to the railway station and the new meatpacking restaurant district, so it is very conveniently located. We would stay there again and would definitely recommend.

A minor point: the apartment needs shelving or a cupboard/wardrobe for clothing. There are hanging rails, but nothing to store foldable clothes, so we lived out of our cases all week. Not a dealbreaker, but it would be good to have something other than a chair or the windowsill for clothes storage. Other than that, thanks for a great stay.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, près de tout. Le petit déjeuner est très bon avec beaucoup de variété.

La connexion au wifi est difficile et intermittente. L'homme à la réception est assez froid, mais le reste du personnel est chaleureux. Les chambres ne sont pas du tout isolées, on entend tous les bruits. J'étais près de l'escalier et j'entendais très bien les gens.

Love the location, right next to the Grand Central train and metro station. This makes it so much easier to head off to the airport by train. It's also walking distrance from many attractions in the city centre. The rooms are spacious and clean. There are many restaurants of various choices in the neighbourhood.

Share toilets and showers. My room was far from them. The walls and floors are not good sound-proofing. And it could be really noisy when a group of young travellers stay in one room next to you.

The location was great and central - there were a lot of restaurants and shops nearby.

The toilet was not clean and had a smell. The room was not warm, we had to turn up the heat, but it was still cold.
