It was central to the city and very close to the railway station. The room was comfortable and had good bathroom facilities. We appreciated the afternoon fika and thought that there was good choice at breakfast and at dinner.

The first impression of the hotel was that it was very clean and well maintained. The receptionists were very helpful and friendly, Andrew was our main contact and went out of his way to ensure the party were taken care of, from taxis to rescanning cards and more.
