It's beautiful. There's a communal private lounging area on the roof. Get a mint tea and sit up there in the sun! It's clean, fitted with good quality furniture and fixtures.
Hasim and team are LOVELY. They could not have been more helpful. Organised transport to and from the hotel, plus others when requested. Breakfast was provided - a Moroccan style continental breakfast. The pancake that's a bit like a crumpet - fantastic!
Very good price, very good location. Surprisingly very quiet considering how central it is.
Absolutely no complaints.

Perfect location for exploring the medina and the souks, 7-8 minutes from the main square and 3 minutes from the spice market but still located in a quiet corner. Very good breakfast, excellent dinner options (better than the restaurants we visited - highly recommend the tanjia) and a very accommodating host that arranged airport transfers, baby cot and storage of luggage. There's also a roof terrace with a decent view of the Marrakech skyline and the Atlas mountains.
Difficult to keep the bathroom floor dry when showering

Great location, lovely family run business. Not a hotel experience, however, is an authentic homely Riad to stay in.
Wifi was very difficult to use due to speeds and patchiness.
