Fantastic location on the city centre square. Helpful staff
Room a bit sparse: no tea/coffee facilities, only one plastic chair in what was described as a ‘suite’. Breakfast somewhat limited as taken at adjoining cafe where you could only take 3 items from menu

Lovely hotel located in the main square and close by in walking to both railway stations. Room was a good size and super comfy bed. The staff were very helpful and attentive in the hotel and cafe. Breakfast was perfect! Nice cafe attached to the hotel which did amazing cakes and ice cream! Perfect stay in a great hotel and certainly value for money!
Shower was on the small side but it worked fine

Excellent location. Extremely helpful staff. Manager went above and beyond to be helpful. Comfortable beds and good towels.
No hot water in shower!! Our room 119 had very small shower cubicle.
No actual facility for drinks in hotel itself so no room service . No toilet facility on ground floor. Hotel with this location could be much more.
